It’s always good to bring lunch as it really isn’t necessary to be buying lunch everyday and I enjoyed this very much this night at work. Earlier in the day, I had called my old friend Ricky and I also ended up watching the majority of WWE Bragging Rights from 2009 which was very good due to the many memories I have from that year. I was talking to him while at the same time watching a pretty decent opener between the Miz and Morrison which struck me as a pretty good reminder of who a company may look at as a star. That night at work I also ended up having a revelation that my boss is pretty egotistical but that is how some people are built and I can see why he may be like that. All in all, a pretty decent day.
Day #109 9/25/11: For eyes, four eyes?…
Thinking of this reminded me of the eye exam I had here and how much it made sense for me to get new glasses at the time. I also remember this day the Oakland Raiders gave a real beating to the New York Jets. There was also a crazy amount of points scored in the NFL. Not too much going on except for me walking my dog around my neighborhood as it went towards almost half an hour.
Day #108 9/24/11: I used to fill it up with 10 bucks…
Taken at Rotten Robbie in San Jose around my lunch time and I was reminded here that we are lucky that we make as much as we do because minimum wage used to be 5.50 and here it is about 8.50 now. There was a lot of great stuff this day as I worked with my pal Silvia this day and I was glad he had gotten over his “I’m in trouble phase” and now we were back to joking around. I’m glad that we ended up meeting because he has treated me like a true friend and I remember he told me one day that we’re lot alike and that was the reason we got along so well. We laughed at some of the oddities that had happened in baseball for the past months and even some strange happenings in football as well. Besides work stuff, I felt some great energy flow that day as well and I felt on a great high that day.
Day #107 9/23/11: Autograph…
This picture was given to me 7 years ago by one of my better friends back when we were huge wrestling fans and I still am but I was upset that I did not get to meet one of my favorite wrestlers, Randy Orton. He was at the Great Mall here in Milpitas, CA and he was there the day after a Raw show in San Jose. I happened to have a ton of school work to do that day and I couldn’t go which ironically was the day before one of the worst days of my life (more on that some other time).
Otherwise a quick recap of the day:
Watched Impact Wrestling at home and I realized that the way the show is constructed is getting better due to the pacing and the environment that they are setting it in.
Went to work and had a lot of fun with a great friend as we joked around quite a bit about our current work situations
I also talked to a fellow co-worker about some of his issues with our current supervisor but I pointed out some of the possibilities that we may have as we bond together as a team.
Day #106 9/22/11: Those days are over…
Taken near my job, I took this to remind myself that I hardly ever buy lunch anymore and come to think of it, I haven’t bought lunch once since I’ve returned from vacation as I have a lot more money now and I spend food on things that I need and want. Not much to the day except this new guy started who happened to go by the name of one of my better friends and he was pretty decent. I also chilled with my dad as we went to buy food for the house and I took care of my dog as well.
Day #105 9/21/11: Lo Maximo…

A very good day where I continued trying to solve my dog’s flea crisis but I figured to buy her a flea collar and a shampoo that is very good for getting rid of fleas. I also ended up going to wal mart for the first time in a few months as I bought my Randy Orton DVD which I am dying to see because he has become such a complete wrestler as I have been a huge fan of his since 2004. I also was surprised when my mom called me to let me know that she was getting off at 8 in the evening which meant about 12 hours of work for her this day and I said that this would be perfect so I could go to the gym, which I did where I burned close to 620 calories although the calories are not the most important part, it’s the amount of effort that you felt was right. I waited until 7:30 when I went for my mom and we spent the rest of the night asking dumb questions to each other with funny answers( seriously). I am very proud of all the efforts of Project 365 which I started about 5 months ago as I want to finish this and hopefully I can do it one or two more times. I started playing catch up about two weeks ago with uploading everything and I am very proud of the result. Thanks for everyone who continues to view this blog and remember just like I told my friend a few days ago “friends don’t let friends drive to far away places”.
Day #104 9/20/11: Blazing night…
I remember sitting out here with my mom staring at all the airplanes that were heading out of the san jose airport and this day my brother fogged my house. I went to his home and I wasn’t too fond of how his other family treated my dog nor have I ever been. I do my best to defend her and the main problem with people that I have seen in walks of life is letting themselves be insulted and being put down. This is my dog and if she has fleas then oh well, what do you expect with a dog that is very active and enjoys being outside playing with my niece or with her toys. I check her quite a bit for fleas nowadays and it is my job as an owner to make sure she has food, water, health, and gets her haircuts. A very good day indeed where I ended up seeing Gran Torino that is a very good movie based on social commentary with ethnicity and as well as religion.
Day #103: Crazy nights like these make me feel like going to the gym…
I took this picture to remind me that going to the gym keeps me motivated and ready to keep going. I’m able to take my body and put it to good use. I remember this night as having to see more work related drama and from what I have gathered I work with complainers and people that are very negative. My philosophy is being positive and to not make any excuses and get the job done. It is very easy to do this and all it takes is a very can do attitude. I have seen that doing this can lead to better work experiences as well as more positive results from those around as you as well. Work was fun this night but I could only say that for myself as nobody seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Day #102 9/18/11: Morning of good…
Day #101 9/17/11: Shoes are dime a dozen…
For some odd reason, the 17th from the past few months have been just strange, I mean I had a guy come up to me and explain watermelon nights to me and he showed me a video of it too (“I think I’m ready” author’s note: If you don’t know what this is, I highly recommend you don’t see this, it lowered my intelligence for 15 minutes at least) saw a wrestler turned cult icon become a hero, had a conversation with a good friend of mine on a balcony of a mall and saw the Oakland A’s have one heck of a baseball game against the Baltimore, and this day I had my dog playing with a poodle twice her size as the goal we thought was to get her pregnant but we found out that when she’s in heat she has to do it right away. When I went to work, I realized that my one of my bosses was closing and I had my suspicions as he was the one that had gotten my friend in trouble the day before. I don’t like him nor do I hate him, but I have to respect him just a bit. He does try to be friendly with me and he does have suggestions. I had a conversation with him concerning his ideas that he has going forward and right there I suspected that my friend had mentioned something to him so I thank her for that but I wish I would have a say at least with me coming up to him. I felt pretty positive after the conversation as we had quite a bit to say to each other as we shot ideas back and forth about what we could improve on in terms of workrate and how people could improve in our work center. I went away with the idea that things were getting better and us having the confidence from each other that if I ever needed anything from him I could go and talk to him which is not saying much but at least I can talk to him if I need something urgent. Nothing too note worthy but there was quite a bit of work as well.
