Day #221 1/16/12: He got over like 20 million dollars…

And then he got over like a 100 million dollars. I happened to re listen to an interview done with former wrestler turned credit counselor Lanny Poffo, who is the brother of the now deceased Randy Savage. What an interview it was as I had listened to it before but I hadn’t listened to it closely enough 4 years beforehand. I believe he really critiques himself more so than he does his peers. He also makes me feel much more positive because he has a great quote of having a bottom to his bucket but most people don’t in terms of having and saving money. It was almost four hours long and it was well worth the listen as he not only talks about wrestling but also about life. I should probably listen to this interview every 4 years now because I am a much different person than I was around that time and I would like to see how different things are in 4 more years. Otherwise a very quality day!

Day #61 8/8/11: Cult of Personality…

I went to wrestling this day and it was freaking amazing as most of the day I was busy trying to calm my niece down as my brother requested that I take care of her with his brother in law. After I had my time with my niece I picked up my niece and me and brother took the bus to wrestling here in San Jose. I joked with my brother most of the night as I waited for the wrestler of the moment CM Punk to make an appearance and it was quite extraordinary as to how much he has changed the perspective on wrestling and in a way he has made it cool again. I felt the energy of what it was like to be a wrestling fan again and the night ended with me and brother having some mcdonalds. I also couldn’t leave the show without my handy dandy new “Best in the World” T-shirt by the one and only Cult of personality CM Punk.
