The day was July 14, 2009 (cardinal author’s note: I know this because it was the 2009 all star game). I was 21 years old and I had just signed up for the gym. I had done many things that day including eating at Chevy’s, going to the pet store, going to wal-mart, and eating once again at night. This was the exact spot where three friends gathered for a night when buddies had become inseparable. I felt special and I am sure my two friends did as well.
