Day #307 4/11/12: Dr. Scholls…
Day #101 9/17/11: Shoes are dime a dozen…
For some odd reason, the 17th from the past few months have been just strange, I mean I had a guy come up to me and explain watermelon nights to me and he showed me a video of it too (“I think I’m ready” author’s note: If you don’t know what this is, I highly recommend you don’t see this, it lowered my intelligence for 15 minutes at least) saw a wrestler turned cult icon become a hero, had a conversation with a good friend of mine on a balcony of a mall and saw the Oakland A’s have one heck of a baseball game against the Baltimore, and this day I had my dog playing with a poodle twice her size as the goal we thought was to get her pregnant but we found out that when she’s in heat she has to do it right away. When I went to work, I realized that my one of my bosses was closing and I had my suspicions as he was the one that had gotten my friend in trouble the day before. I don’t like him nor do I hate him, but I have to respect him just a bit. He does try to be friendly with me and he does have suggestions. I had a conversation with him concerning his ideas that he has going forward and right there I suspected that my friend had mentioned something to him so I thank her for that but I wish I would have a say at least with me coming up to him. I felt pretty positive after the conversation as we had quite a bit to say to each other as we shot ideas back and forth about what we could improve on in terms of workrate and how people could improve in our work center. I went away with the idea that things were getting better and us having the confidence from each other that if I ever needed anything from him I could go and talk to him which is not saying much but at least I can talk to him if I need something urgent. Nothing too note worthy but there was quite a bit of work as well.
Day #44 7/22/11: Ace in the hole…

So, after my reign of sucking ended the day was pretty awesome as me and my dad went to walmart in Mountain View as he wanted a netbook which was on sale at Walmart for a decent price. He suggested we go based on the fact that he wanted to learn how to use a notebook and I agreed he should learn. I also ended up getting some shoes for my coming with him which was great since my older ones were starting to show wear and tear. I browsed around the books section to find an interesting book titled “los senores del narco” which is about the famous Chapo Guzman. As my dad was buying the netbook, he was also interested in buying a card from Walmart which he wanted to use to get the netbook. He did so and everything went smoothly. The acer was now in our grasp and it felt good for the most part. Later on, I went to work hoping to talk to my friend at work and we did just that talking about movies, music, life, and also some current projects he has on the horizon. He changes his mind quite a bit but I think that is a good thing for him as he seems like someone that is very creative. All in all, my big comeback worked!
