We recently had some people move in and my dad and I painted the room which was harder than I thought. It requires a lot of patience and a good amount of fortitude. I helped him the best I could by handing him stuff and also making sure that the roller did not go too much against the wall or else it would get really sticky. This being my brother’s old room I took a picture to remind myself that I won’t forget when he used to live with us and the comfort he would bring me when I knew he was right next door if anything happened. The day was once again filled with laughs as my friend and I were still laughing at the fact that “eh” is a mexican term that can’t seem to get out of our lingo. We were also laughing at the pressure that parents put on Mexican kids to be good workers and hard workers at that. He brought this up because after 8 years almost of being with one company he has decided that he may want to do something else and he has options on the table. I know he does have his options because he is a smart guy with a good enough take on things to get ahead. I enjoyed the day also because I got to also continue working out and even though I got home late I was good enough to get a full night’s sleep which I hadn’t done in a while.
