Day #149 11/5/11: Tear the club up…

A pretty weird day where the night before I heard shocking news from a friend of mine and I wondered to myself if it actually happened. After I got over that, I went with my dad to cash our checks and I also went to the gym in the afternoon. The night was loads of fun as I worked my ass off in order to make our area look good. I also took this picture to remind me how crazy my dog was as well.

Day #145 11/1/11: Pumpkin Pie Time…

Quick recap of the day:

Hung out with my brother most of the day watching the famous Bret Hart/Shawn Michaels DVD which was excellent and they said some things which I had no idea about. I only wish I had gotten the true story of why suddenly Shawn Michaels didn’t just drop the belt to Bret Hart instead of having a fake retirement.

Had some food with the family

and took care of my dog

Day #105 9/21/11: Lo Maximo…

Mountain View wal mart, lots of good memories here

A very good day where I continued trying to solve my dog’s flea crisis but I figured to buy her a flea collar and a shampoo that is very good for getting rid of fleas. I also ended up going to wal mart for the first time in a few months as I bought my Randy Orton DVD which I am dying to see because he has become such a complete wrestler as I have been a huge fan of his since 2004. I also was surprised when my mom called me to let me know that she was getting off at 8 in the evening which meant about 12 hours of work for her this day and I said that this would be perfect so I could go to the gym, which I did where I burned close to 620 calories although the calories are not the most important part, it’s the amount of effort that you felt was right. I waited until 7:30 when I went for my mom and we spent the rest of the night asking dumb questions to each other with funny answers( seriously). I am very proud of all the efforts of Project 365 which I started about 5 months ago as I want to finish this and hopefully I can do it one or two more times. I started playing catch up about two weeks ago with uploading everything and I am very proud of the result. Thanks for everyone who continues to view this blog and remember just like I told my friend a few days ago “friends don’t let friends drive to far away places”.

Day #90 9/6/11: Park and battery’s dead?…

I took this picture at the park as my mom, my niece, myself, and my dog headed to the park as we had fun with my dog and my niece went crazy with a huge water fountain as she got down to her diaper which was hilarious in my mind. Once we got back to my car, it for some reason didn’t start and I just moved my negative cable on the battery and it ended up working fine on the way home. Thankfully, it ended up working to get us home as we had nowhere else to go so we just stayed home. The next day proved weird however indeed…

Day #32 7/10/11: Over the limit…

I took this picture over the bridge that oversees 101 by fair oaks in Sunnyvale and I have to say it’s pretty cool to see all the cars passing and you start to wonder where they may be going. Nothing much to the day except for a lot of hard work and taking my dog to this epic bridge which took us 30+ minutes.

That side of town…

“What Happened to my town” once said the bay area rapper Woodie and I thought of yesterday when I was on the other side of my town where I grew up. Sunnyvale has always been a quiet and peaceful city in my book and looking around yesterday in the Fair Oaks side of town, I realized how much it’s changed. There is no longer that excitement in the air that there used to be on Saturday afternoons and here was no different. I saw people coming and going from a hotel. Other times I saw people crossing this bridge going to the liquor store and I remembered when I was young and I did that. But, being with my dog I was glad that I got to be with her and see what has happened throughout all those years. Recently, I bought a camera and I was happy to use it on this short but memorable little walk I took with her that lasted about half an hour and here are some pictures I took when I was with her:
